全民英檢 will not make English a part of Taiwanese, much less 全民數檢 will make mathematics a part of Russians. As a mathematician, I do not believe I can make math a part of every person's life. But in this Internet age, I believe I can make English a part of a Taiwanese life, if this person is willing to as much as move a mouse.
Is this asking a lot? Surprisingly, yes!
The following call for clicking a mouse was sent to more than 3,000 people. It was ignored by more than 3,000 people, nothing short of a miracle.
